Swamp Flycatcher, Double-toothed Barbet, Black-billed barbet, Red-chested Sunbird, Papyrus Gonolek, Little Bittern, Water Thicknee, Yellow-fronted Tinkebird, Eastern Grey Plantain-eater are among the notable bird species found in the sanctuary.
